Refund policy

If you decide to return a product simply because you’ve changed your mind, we can provide a store credit, as long as the following conditions are met:
  • The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You present your original Horizon Performance Parts receipt when making the return.
  • The product is in a condition suitable for resale, which means:
    • It is still in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
    • It has not been opened, used, or altered and remains in brand-new condition.
  • You agree to pay the applicable restocking fee, up to 10% of the item’s purchase price.
If these conditions are not met, Horizon Performance Parts Pty Ltd may refuse to provide a store credit.
No returns will be accepted unless all the above requirements are fully satisfied. Please ensure that all necessary documents accompany the returned goods to avoid any delays. All freight charges for items returned for credit must be prepaid.
Please be aware that items being returned for credit or refund must not have been used, installed, or modified in any way. Products that do not meet these standards will not be credited and will be sent back at your expense.
Items purchased on sale and as part of package deals, or ordered specially as non-stock items cannot be returned.
Any shortages in supplied goods and intention for return must be reported to Horizon Performance Parts Pty Ltd within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the warehouse receiving your goods does not guarantee that a credit will be issued.
Under no circumstances should you deduct the value of pending credits or refunds from account payments, as this breaches our accounts policy.

Warranty Policy

Aeroflow products are built to industry standards using high-quality materials. We take great care to ensure each item is free from defects, imperfections, and inconsistencies. All Aeroflow products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product is misused or not operated for its intended purpose.

All other products apart from Aeroflow come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product is misused or not operated for its intended purpose. Refunds for these products will be issued as a credit only, and all freight costs are at the customer’s own expense.

All warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

Aeroflow Performance will accept returns and may issue a replacement, or repair if:
• The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality;
• The product is unsuitable for the purpose it was designed for;
• The item does not match the sample or description provided; and
• You can provide your Horizon Performance Parts receipt or another valid proof of purchase.


WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Step 1
Before lodging a warranty claim, please:
(a) Review the product instructions to ensure the item is being used correctly; and
(b) Follow any troubleshooting steps supplied with the product (additional support may be available on our website or the manufacturer’s site).

If the issue remains unresolved, contact the Horizon Performance Parts team to determine whether the matter can be resolved before returning the item.

Step 2
If no solution can be found, return the product for assessment to:

Send an email to:
Admin@hpparts.com.au including:
• Customer name
• Account name and number
• Date
• Purchase invoice number
• Date purchased
• Brand
• Part no.
• Fault
• Details of fault
• Account number and name for details
• Contact phone number
• Copy of the purchase receipt or invoice

All freight and associated costs for returning the product to us are your responsibility.

If the product is inspected and found not to have a manufacturing or component defect:
• You will be responsible for the return freight costs; and
• These charges will either be added to your account or must be paid before the product is shipped back if you do not have an account with us.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, of poor quality, or faulty due to manufacturing, it will be repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
You may submit claims for compensation or reasonable return freight costs to our team (with supporting evidence).

We may also send the product to the manufacturer for further assessment. We reserve the right to decline an exchange, refund, or repair if the fault is due to:
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product;
• Failure to follow installation or usage instructions;
• Water damage or corrosion.

All warranty claims must be lodged within three months of the purchase date.

Please note that using our products for motorsport applications generally falls outside the manufacturer’s intended design parameters. Therefore, using the product in motorsport will, in most cases, void the warranty.
